The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step...


I am ‘satisfied’ of yesterday’s performance…though I did not perform well in terms of dieting but I kicked ass for exercise …before and after work, I just threw myself on the treadmill and kept on running, walking, running, walking till I my clothes were drenched in sweat…
This morning I woke up 5 mins before I usually get out for work, I was like running in all directions and I did it… I was not late… I already missed morning exercise, but I stay positive and will try not to eat fat plus exercise when I reach home.  For now I just know that I have to gradually improve myself one step at a time, till I get back on track.

Roaring bear



I woke up early today (not as early as I planned) then I walked/ran/jogged on my new treadmill-250 cals in 15-20 mins.  But after that I was hungry all day long... I ate chips, sweets and god knows what I will eat for dinner…  I feel like that bear below:



And yet I am still shamelessly happy for exercising this morning… I am doomed… I need to be more strict…
