I woke up early today (not as early as I planned) then I
walked/ran/jogged on my new treadmill-250 cals in 15-20 mins. But after that I was hungry all day long... I
ate chips, sweets and god knows what I will eat for dinner… I feel like that bear below:
And yet I am still shamelessly happy for exercising this
morning… I am doomed… I need to be more strict…
