I am ‘satisfied’
of yesterday’s performance…though I did not perform well in terms of dieting
but I kicked ass for exercise …before and after work, I just threw myself on
the treadmill and kept on running, walking, running, walking till I my clothes
were drenched in sweat…
This
morning I woke up 5 mins before I usually get out for work, I was like running
in all directions and I did it… I was not late… I already missed morning
exercise, but I stay positive and will try not to eat fat plus exercise when I
reach home. For now I just know that I have
to gradually improve myself one step at a time, till I get back on track.
