Kick Start


Finally Monday.  Today I am starting all over again with a new challenge (See 4 weeks challenge tab) and I also changed my blog yesterday (I hope you like my new background and all the changes I've made).  I woke up early practiced some beginners level yoga. Had 1/2 Weetabix biscuit (whole wheat cereal) + 1 cup of coffee with skimmed milk, unsweetened for breakfast.  I’ll be filling my daily intake, loss and weight on my challenge tab to record any progress so far.  Fingers crossed.  I hope I stay strong at least for this challenge.  For now I leave you all with some thinspo to kick start this NEW WEEK for a NEW YOU.
