I
wish I could be that flexible like the woman in the yoga video below. Some years back I am sure I would be able to
do it, now I have fat all around my body arrrg.
Waking up early is also another big problem, I usually wake up 10 – 15 mins
before I actually have to leave for work and I am always in a rush (like a tornado
in the house…DON’T COME ON MY WAY lol).
